About Tamara Dalrymple

Tamara is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC) specializing in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and EEG Neurofeedback treatment services for youth and adults with symptoms of Anxiety, Depression, and Trauma.  Tamara also provides EEG Neurofeedback services  for cognitive rehabilitation, ADHD, headache/migraine, insomnia, pain management and peak performance training. With over 20 years of experience in roles of progressive responsibility, she has held positions in Mental Health Clinics, Educational Settings and B.C. Provincial Services.


Tamara has been registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors since 2002 and has practiced privately since 2007. She is currently working on her Doctorate in Psychology and holds a Masters degree in Counselling from San Diego State University (First Class Standing) and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria. Tamara is also a multi-sport athlete and has competed as an age-grouper in multiple Ironman and endurance triathlon races worldwide.
